My rates vary depending
on the nature of each individual job. Factors affecting the price
include length, document type, format, quality of written
communication, whether and how a computer-aided translation tool is
used or a machine translation engine has been used and the content.
Please note that I’ll
only be able to provide a definitive quote if the file(s) that require
translation are attached. However, I am happy to comment on general
enquiries.
By way of an example, my
rate for a fairly non-technical job (e.g. general correspondence or a
press release) of 400+ words would tend to be around £0.08 per word.
